The history behind COXTECH began on a bus crossing the Prairies in Canada, North America. My wife Tamara and I have recently spent 12 months overseas in Canada. We were on a 36 hour bus ride travelling from Toronto to Calgary. Even though we were away overseas travelling, my friends and family still used to contact me and ask for IT and computer help. Helping poor Mum or a cousin or my sister with computer problems from the other side of the world is difficult especially when they get the times wrong and they ring in the middle of the night :-)
